Women, it turns out that wearing bras will make your breasts sag more than going without. There’s a theory that, under normal circumstances, ligaments support the breast structure. Wearing a bra causes those ligaments to atrophy by moving the support of them to the shoulders. The studies done have indicated that nipple-to-shoulder distance actually decreases when women go without a bra for a period of a year. Not wearing a bra will actually make your breasts more perky. The one exception to this rule are women who do a lot of jogging or play active sports that require running. During those activities, a sports bra will decrease the resulting breast sag.
I think that this is something every woman should know, and as a man who appreciates a fine set of breasts, I feel the need to do my part to bring this information to you. I had heard recently that a study had been performed that suggested that young women, and women with smaller breasts, should avoid wearing bras due to an increase in the rate of sag. I decided to do some googling to see if these reports were substantiated, besides the summary of the results above, you can see the studies themselves here. Another slighty NSFW link provies summaries.
So, ladies, I would like to continue appreciating your figures, and I’m sure you want to keep me appreciating them. Get rid of those stupid things, unless you’re going for a run.
